22 years of Romanian Police Museum!


Inaugurated on July 7, 2000, and located on the site of the former Cocoon House, built by Constantin Brâncoveanu for his sons, the museum is a special architectural monument and represents a review of the history of the national police, since the establishment of the first public order service and so far, being the only museum of its kind in the country.
 
Legislative documents bearing the signatures of the rulers, uniforms, insignia, books, publications, periodicals, albums, flags, works of art with specific themes, knives and firearms are exposed to the interest of visitors.
